# Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all orders placed on CNFF’s official website cnfirstfashion.com (the “Site”). By placing an order on the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of this Refund Policy. Our refund policy follows the principle that no refund or exchange will be provided for non-quality issues; refunds or exchanges will only be processed if the product has quality problems and confirmed by our customer service.
1. General Principle
In principle, we do not provide refunds or exchanges for products with no quality issues. This includes but is not limited to:
- Change of mind after purchase (e.g., no longer wanting the product, incorrect size selection without product defects, etc.);
- Minor differences in product appearance that do not affect normal use (e.g., slight color difference caused by shooting light, minor thread residue that can be easily handled);
- Damage caused by improper use, storage, or manual operation after you receive the product;
- Products that have been used, washed, disassembled, or whose original packaging, tags, or accessories are missing (unless caused by product quality issues).
2. Quality-Related Refund and Exchange
If the product you received has quality problems (including but not limited to product damage, defects in materials or craftsmanship, failure to meet normal use standards, etc.), you may apply for a refund or exchange after confirming with our customer service. The specific process is as follows:
2.1 Contact our customer service within 7 working days after receiving the product, provide your order number, product photos/videos (clearly showing the quality problem), and a detailed description of the problem;
2.2 Our customer service will verify the quality problem within 3 working days after receiving your application. If the quality problem is confirmed, we will inform you of the refund or exchange plan;
2.3 For refund: After we confirm the quality problem, we will process the refund within 5 working days. The refund will be returned to your original payment method, and the refund time is subject to the processing speed of your payment platform;
2.4 For exchange: You need to send the product with quality problems back to the designated address (informed by customer service) after confirming the exchange plan. The returned product must be in the original condition (excluding the quality problem itself), with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact. After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will send the new product to you as soon as possible, and the shipping cost for the exchange will be borne by us;
2.5 If the quality problem cannot be confirmed after verification, we will not provide a refund or exchange, and will inform you of the verification result and reasons.
3. Important Notes
3.1 The application for refund or exchange due to quality problems must be submitted within 7 working days after receiving the product. Applications submitted beyond the time limit will not be accepted;
3.2 You must provide true and clear photos/videos of the product quality problem to facilitate our verification. False or misleading information may lead to the rejection of your application;
3.3 The shipping cost for returning the product with quality problems shall be borne by us. You can contact our customer service to confirm the shipping cost reimbursement method;
3.4 We reserve the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. The revised version will be posted on the Site with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site or placing orders after the revision takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Refund Policy.
