This Payment Policy applies to all orders placed on CNFF’s official website cnfirstfashion.com (the “Site”). By placing an order on the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of this Payment Policy. 1. Product Pricing and Shipping Fee
The listed price of all products on our Site does not include shipping fees — we offer free shipping for all orders worldwide. The shipping fee is fully borne by CNFF, and you will not be charged any additional shipping costs during the payment process.
2. Tax Calculation
Since the tax policies vary by country/region, the corresponding taxes (including but not limited to import duties, value-added tax, and other relevant taxes) will be calculated based on the country/region you select for delivery.
The tax amount is automatically calculated by Shopify official system according to the tax regulations of the destination country/region. Before you complete the payment, the tax amount will be clearly displayed on the payment interface and added to the total payment amount. The final amount you pay on the payment interface is the actual total price you need to bear for the order.
3. Shipping Method and Additional Fees
We adopt the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping method for all orders. This means that after you pay the total amount (including product price + corresponding taxes, excluding shipping fees which are borne by us) displayed on the payment interface, you do not need to pay any additional fees (including but not limited to import duties, handling fees, storage fees, etc.) during the entire logistics and delivery process.
You can directly receive the goods after they arrive at the designated delivery address, without any additional payment obligations.
4. Payment Methods
We support various secure payment methods provided by Shopify, including but not limited to credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and other mainstream online payment methods. All payment processes are completed through Shopify’s official secure payment system to ensure the security of your payment information and funds.
5. Payment Confirmation and Order Processing
After you complete the payment successfully, our system will automatically send a payment confirmation email to your registered email address. We will start processing your order within 1-2 working days after receiving the payment confirmation. If the payment fails, we will notify you promptly via email or other contact methods to assist you in completing the payment again.
6. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to modify or update this Payment Policy at any time. The revised version will be posted on the Site with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site or placing orders after the revision takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Payment Policy.
